Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package the Products

  Carefully place the items you wish to return in their original packaging or a secure box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
