Are Curlsmith products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proudly PETA-certified cruelty-free and 100% vegan. We never test on animals and do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping across the continental US, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders over $65 qualify for free standard shipping.
Can I return a product if it doesn't work for my hair?
We want you to love your curls. If you are not satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be at least 50% full to qualify for a refund.
